Holding These Stories: Artfully Excavating Legacies of Whiteness is a workshop that moves participants through an artistic excavation of the ways in which whiteness has left an imprint on their lineage and lives – first exploring the ancestral stories and symbols that carry forward harmful beliefs, then unlocking creative ways to transform them. Holding These Stories builds on 900 Gallons, and may contain a reading within it.

Holding These Stories examines personal legacies of whiteness. Anyone, of any cultural background/s, wishing to examine the presence of whiteness in their family history is welcome and encouraged to attend.
